Rosalia Vila also known as Rosalia is a Spanish Flamenco/Pop singer. Since she was a teenager, she's embraced the edges of classical and pop music. She also plays with genres like hip-hop trap and soul. Pepe Haichuela, a flamenco guitarist and renowned musician has described the sound of this young artist as sweet and sharp but with bite. El Mal Querer was her significant commercial breakthrough and critical success in 2018. After Los Angeles garnered her attention and a Latin Grammy Nomination for Best New Artist and it was a top hit on the Billboard charts of Latin Pop Albums and she was awarded a Grammy. In 2021, her track La Fama with The Weeknd came out. Motomami came out as her third album that was full-length. The album featured collaborations on songwriting with other musicians and producers, such as Cory Henry. The album was released on March 20, 2022, in the wake of the live performance of Chicken Teriyaki by Saturday Night Live. Rosalia became the first Spanish soloist to appear on Saturday Night Live. Motomami's Rosalia, who won an award for the Latin Album of the Year and 3 Latin Grammy Awards in total for Motomami and was the first woman in history to be awarded this award.
